Has your food worker card or food safety certification expired? Here are some options for Food Safety Training:
If your agency is within the Municipality of Anchorage:
1. Food Handlers Card – online $10.00 certification through the Municipality of Anchorage
2. ServSafe – in person training required for agencies that prepares and serves food such as congregate meals. Class is offered through Alaska CHARR.
3. FBA Food Safety Certification – online free webinar every second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm or review our Food Safety Manual and take the online exam here.
